2008 - Shoppes at River Crossing

Electrical installation to a new retail shopping complex with 270,000 sq ft of tenant space.  Install site lighting and secondary u/g service.  This service will have a switchboard, 480v house panel, transformer and a 208v house panel.  Fire Alarm system and lighting controls installation.

Complete electrical renovation for a 3 story mill that is being renovated into loft apartments including lighting, ceiling fans, and fixtures.

2009 - Publix Data Center
Alpharetta, GA
Project included approximately 40,000 SF with 12,000 SF of raised floor.  The electrical system was totally redundant with (2) 5,000 main services, (2) 2,000kW generators, (4) 750kW UPS systems, (12) four panel PDU’s and a 2,000kW loadbank.

Furnished and installed 25 high bay fixtures for 75,000 sq ft warehouse. Installed fire alarm system, conduit and wire for HVAC, convenience outlets and Tele/Data outlets in office areas. Also furnished and installed 6 400w wall packs on the exterior of the building and 400 amp 120/208v service. Installed conduit and wire for exhaust fans for warehouse, kitchen and bathrooms. Installed 2x4 laying fixtures in the office area.
