Electrical construction and installation of 3000A pull-out switchgear units, 3 – 800A MCC’s, plant cable tray, conduit, copper, fixtures, devices and some control devices.  Site lighting installed in all 8 areas.

2008 - Mohawk Neumag Installation
Bennettsville, SC
Complete installation of 5 Neumag systems.  This included 15 blenders, vacuum pumps, 15 extruders, melt pumps, 5 manifolds, quench cabinets, drop tubes, texturizers, and associated support equipment.  Dow Therm piping, recirculating water piping, and duct work for the lines was also installed.

2007 - Georgia Pacific / Lime Mud Dryer
Cedar Springs, GA
Project consisted of installing 2,000 feet of various size stainless steel cable trays with supports, over 150,000 feet of tray cable, one new control panel, ten new drives and 110 instruments. Also wired 26 new motors and rewired existing Honeywell instruments.

Project consisted of roughly 1,500 lf of conduit and 4,000 lf of cable. We also installed three 480v panels, 3 transformers, and 60 high bay lights.
